I live in St. Louis Missouri and recently typed in security + and found a lot more jobs than in the past. It seems this certification is finding it's way in corporate security positions. Just thought I would provide some feedback.
I know you can renew by passing a higher level exam, either from CompTIA or other venders. But when it comes to achieving the 50 CEU's for security+ through training, I get fuzzy. If you complete the full training for Security+ on Plualsight, does that give you the full 50 CEU's? Or do you have to do more than that?
