Frame-Relay configuration problem...help please

I have done this frame relay configuration, but I don't know that what's wrong with my configuration that , I can ping two routers but not the third one. R2 and R3 are enables to Ping/reach each other, but these (R2 and R3) are not able to ping R1 at all. Could somebody have a look on attached images and let me know please that what I did wrong.

Check out your dlci config on R2, its 102 rather than 201? Also i would suggest you learn how to troubleshoot using show commands rather than using the "show runn" .
