I have found my dream job... I applied for it last night and received an immediate response today from the company saying the I am a strong match to the role.
Here's my thought on this. I suspect that the email that the recruiter sent me may be a standard template. I have reviewed the role again and about 40 percent of the responsibilities listed I have no experience with. I have a phone interview tomorrow.
I am desperate and in need of advice here... I really want this job, the icing on the cake is that this a good company with a ton of benefits of which I have never seen.
Thank you for taking the time to respond.

The main question I always tell people is "do you know how to find the answers you don't have?"
If so you will be fine
Don't sweat it. Go in confident and knock it out of the park. -

Sounds like a great opportunity to learn a lot!
