What Is the Next stage????

I've applied for few entry level & couple Enterprise tech support level jobs at Dell here in Oklahoma City. ON the status, three of em shows " Under Consideration". I was wondering what should I expect next? How does the interview process go or how long does it takes?

Can anyone shed some information bout this please?

Every organization is different. I would expect at least 2-3 interviews with a big company such as Dell. On the other side you might get an email 4 months later saying they are looking at other candidates. Under Consideration usually is the default verbiage when you submit a resume regardless of how you fit.

Got the first interview at Dell for Client Technical Support Associate position. Interview went very well. Hopefully will hear from them about the job offer soon.
