A series of practice exams is now available from Citrix for their most popular products, including:
XenDesktop 5 and 7
XenApp 6.5
Netscaler 10
XenServer 6

The price is listed as $39 each when I login, with 1 exam being available to view/launch for free (Deploying XD7). I'm guessing they opened that one up to everyone as a demo.
Nice move from Citrix, as resources for their exams are pretty scarce.
