Which Video Training? 640-554

Hi Guys can anyone recommend which video training is the most relevant and up-to-date for the exam?

1) CBT NUGGETS - CCNA Security 640-554 (Keith Barker)

2) CCNA Security - 640-554 Live Lessons (Keith Barker)

3) Udemy - Chris Bryant?

I'm looking at using CBT nuggets as I like the pace and level of detail at which Keith goes in. I am just quite confused at the minute as I've just started to look at CCNA security and passed my CCNA R&S with CBT nuggets training before.

Thanks Guys I will stick to CBT Nuggets. Also managed to get CCP working with GNS 3

took a few hours but got there in the end!
