Congratulations!
Reading about the basic Windows features can be dreaded indeed, but if you actually use them (those mentioned in the exa objectives), regardless of how common or simple they may seem, it can certainly speed up the learning process.Now on to the dreaded OS exam -

Well the funny thing is I work in Gold Tech Support for a certain computer company, and I'm still dreading it! :P
