guys! ipv6 help needed...

Dears! I can't figure this out.
i've had ipv6 question on my failed 70-410
pick private & routable ipv6 addres for NIC1
pick Multicast for NIC2
from
2000::
FC00::
FF00::
FE80::
so FF is Multicast for sure, FE80 it's like APIPA 169.254.x.x, FC00 (some sources also give FD00) it's like Private addressing eg. 192.168.x.x, and 2000:: is routable for sure but is it Private like (192.16 or Private like it's only mine in Internet (fixed ip Address ??) i would be grateful for explanations!

NIC 2 would be FF00::
FC00:: is a Unique Local Unicast address (similar to private reserved network addresses)
FE00:: is a Link-Scoped Unicast address (similar to APIPA)
