Help on finding my exam passeson the Microsoft site - UK

Hi

Can anyone help explain how to find my passes on the Microsoft site ?

had the link through

does anyone have a phone number so I can get through to someone about this ?

my Prometric screen is correct but the MS One doesnt seems to be stuck in the state it was a few years ago

When did you pass the exam, if it was today then it can (and normally does) take a few days to a week to appear on the MCP site. MS will email you a link to register (or link an existing live account) to the MCP site, the email is sent the the address that you registered for the test with.

In my own experience my first pass took 45 days to appear, the next one took 3 days to appear and have been appearing much much faster since. Never seen one appear in 24 hours though.

If you dont see the test on your transcript after 7 days you can email mcphelp@microsoft.com and they are pretty good at getting back to you within a day or two with information. Just be sure to submit your test ID (from the prometric site) test taken, date and your name along with the email address you used to register. They may ask for a scanned copy of the pass paperwork so be prepared to provide that.
