CCIP focuses on large internetworks at internet service providers and CCVP focuses on voice networks.

and should I pass , 1 of the modules,can I be called CCVP or CCIP?

No, the CCIP requires 4 exams, CCVP 5. Plus both require CCNA, which is one or two exams.

I believe he may be refering to the QOS Exam which counts towards both the CCIP and CCVP.
