MCTS Exam 70-643

I need a Microsoft server cert QUICK for my new job. I was thinking the 70-743 for server 2008 would be easiest due to the fact that I've upgraded my entire environment from Server 2003 to 2008 recently. However, I am unable to find the latest study material and I've read about several people unexpectedly failing. I have a strong server background and about 6 legit years of experience. Any opinions on the easiest MS cert to get and where can I find the most reliable study material?
