I took this exam yesterday on a 50% off deal by Microsoft Virtual Academy (I actually lost out on the FREE exam offer because I scheduled too late) and I was surprised with the result. Passed with a 737! I mean I did study rigorously and abandoned my other studies because I did want to pass this exam with this offer. Amazingly, I just used Technet guides (also Technet Virtual labs w/ System Center) and watched the Virtual Academy over and over with taking notes which helped me remember a lot of information especially since I have no real world experience with System Center.

I'd say best way to prepare is take down notes from this article I used.
