Anyone know anything about INCOSE Systems Engineering certification?

INCOSE CSEP (Certified Systems Engineering Professional). A friend of mine is trying to get it for work and has asked me if I know or knew anything of it. I am trying to pass on as many study material sources as possible. Thanks

Its much in demand at my current employer as it reaches outside general IT and certifies you at the engineering level. I'm thinking to do it since they will pay for it and it may help with advancements. Heres some more information: Why Get Certified
