Reference/Study Material for 70-415/416

I purchased my Exam Pack for MCSA Upgrade, MCSE Desktop Infrastructure, I am upgrading from Win 7 MCSA, (EDA), and taking the 70-417 and will follow with 70-415/416.
I have found the CBT Nuggets Training Video informative over a 7 day trial, but I can not pay $83 a month, I have been using Pluralsight (formerly Trainsignal) for the last 8 months for $29 a month, helped me pass my Windows 7/8 exams.
I have looked on Amazon and found both MS Press book are not in print at the moment.
I am currently working on 70-417, but like to get prepared (material wise) for the 70-415/416 exams.
Any help would be appreciated.
