I just took the network+ and have an A+. I would like a CISCO cert. What does everyone think the best CISCO choice would be next?

I've always considered Net+ and CCENT to be on near equal footing...if you're fresh off of Net+ studies, I'd recommend skipping CCENT and shooting for CCNA.

Which exam title would that be? 640-802?

    640-802 was retired on 30 Sept 13.

    CCNA is now 200-120.
