Is LinuxAcademy good enough to study for Linux+, or should I get a book too? I've been looking at the Linux+ Study Guide by Roderick.

Thanks guys!

I used both of them, not sure I'd have managed with just one of them.

I believe that linuxacademy has enough material for you to pass both exams without using any additional sources. However Roderick's book would be a good addition that might be of some help along the way.

Just make sure that you practice and understand the concepts and the commands that are introduced. Linuxacademy also has a nice summary sheet for each of the two exams, that is an excellent study guide once you have gone over the video material and the labs available on the site.

The Urban Penguin - LPIC-1 , could also be of some help during your journey. Good luck!

Always use multiple resources imo. Cheaper than having to do a resit.
