Found this, I set up my connection string through ODBC and it works fine. I am sure there is a better way to connect but I just wanted to get it up and running.
It's a really sweet tool set to learn. I am going through some training provided by Lynda.com offered from from WGU, I used to be a graduate student there until I graduated. -

No problem, that's the weak version though. I am looking at the BI pack which would give you more of an enterprise lab tool set. At least this is what our data architect told me so......
I'll report back once I get more information on this.
