make sure you have a good idea on the laser printing process and how to troubleshoot. i found there were quite a few questions on printers.

    a little bit about SCSI.

how to clean cd's lol (i didnt know how to clean one, but i got it right)

read the question once, twice and again if you have to, makes it that more clearer, then eliminate all the wrong answers and you should easily see the right answer, and why it is that answer.

everthing else is just common sense.

    good luck bro :)

i never got any long questions (touch wood for my OS exam coming up).

and idont think i got a questions that were more than 2/3 lines long (touch wood again)

the wording of the questions are tricky, but thats the only tricky thing you gotta get over, the answers are simple (touch wood again for the OS)
