Orange Book questions still on exam?
victor58
Guys, Been hearing contrary info on orange book. Those who have given exam recently, have you seen any specific questions on orange book? if not, then focusing on Models/Common Criteria would be a wise idea. Please suggest if we should be focusing in remembering orange book content, etc?

The unofficial 11th CISSP CBK domain is "Information Security History," of which the Orange book is a part, so it has been left on the exam since the beginning. However, with the passing of

in 2012, opinion is may have changed to have the Orange Book removed as merely antiquated information. I'd like to know if the Orange Book is still in the CISSP exam myself.

It's not much to learn or remember, even if it is outdated or defunct. Just study it and you'll be fine.
