Upgrading IOS/ROM on 2651xm through TFTP

I bought a 2651xm from eBay and I have been trying to max out the memory. I had to buy a new ROM chip so that it would recognize the 256 MB. Now with everything install it boots up to ROMMON.

Now I am trying to have this router boot from another 2651xm that is acting as a TFTP server. But when I do a tftpdnld -r command I receive the following output.

I am using a crossover cable between the two routers FastEthernet 0/0. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I think I figured out my problem. The System Bootstrap, Version 12.2(10r)1 is not compatible with the XM routers.

I am using 12.2(8r) on my 2620xm with 256mb.
