NetApp Simulator

Just wondering if anyone downloaded this simulator and used it either with Vmware workstation or Vsphere 5.

I cant seem to install the OVF on vmware workstation. it gives me an error saying it doesn't meet the hardware compliance requirement"

I have run it in Workstation before. I do not remember what I had to do to get it to work. It seems like the solution was in the documentation for the simulator on the NetApp site.

I think it's still installed on my other computer. If I remember later I'll take a look and see if I can find what I did.

It works in both I believe. I use it on Workstation.

I have run it in VMware Vsphere and workstation, it is by far the best simulator I have ever worked with, there are some limitations, but definatley don't give up on getting this going.

Hey Guys, Any tweak you have done to make it work on Workstation? im a bit tired now... been working on this for the past 2 hours. (It works fine on my Vsphere but not on workstation) I will take a screenshot in a bit when i get home

Do you have a link to the referenced simulator? It seems like there are a few in a Google search.
