Any IT Compliance People?

Any IT Compliance people on here? Coming up on my first year in a compliance like role (albeit I'm a regulator so it's a different perspective). I like it so far and I'm wondering if anyone here has done it for a few years? Do you still enjoy it? I read a recent poll that said some 60% of compliance professionals are ready to quit due to the stress. Getting close to the 30 mark so having a "career" in mind seems to be becoming a bit more important then it was in the past.
