It depends, if you don't know your stuff, it'd be really easy to fail. And to be honest, six months isn't a whole lot of experience to begin with. Computers aren't really that steep of a learning curve, at least as far as a support technician goes= Marcus Drakonblayde

I agree, I have worked on computers since I was 10 in 1985. I had trouble with that test.
