Just passed 802 yesterday and 801 last week

FYI - Seemed like the 802 simulations had some "gotchas" designed to make you run down the rabbit hole away from the correct path and when typing in them I kept having to click back into fields because they would get deselected as I was working. That may have been caused by the station I was sitting at though, not the exam.

I should add that my primary study tools were the Sybex "Complete Review Guide" (oddly enough one of the smallest books out there) supplemented by Professor Messer videos off YouTube. I did look at other books but they all seemed to go off into details that are beyond the scope of the exam. I would say that the Messer videos were of greatest help on the simulations because of his visual demos. I scored 800+ on both exams.

I have to take the MTA OS essentials tomorrow. My work is requiring that. After that I'm going Security+ and then probably Network+.

When I took my 802 exam, the first two simulations did not work for me. I recall clicking on items didn't do anything so I moved onto the next question. When I went back during the review section, the click-able items seem to work.

I would advise going for Network+ and then Security+ since some of the Security+ concepts are mentioned in Network+. Also, if you have Network+ or A+ when you pass Security+, the certification expiration dates will equal to whenever you passed Security+ and can also renew your Network+ by having Security+ current.
