PCI Express to USB for Fusion IO Card

Hey,

I have a Fusion IO card that I want to do some troubleshooting on. Is there a way to go PCI Express to USB?

I found some riser cards but I'm not sure if they'd work for this, looks like they're more meant for video card bitcoin mining:
