Currently working at a NOC which involves programming phone using both CUCM and Unity on a daily basis. Wanna ask those who already took the exam if it is necessary to have physical lab. I also have access to company routers/ switches also- but in read-only mode, along w/ (video) phone of different model.
Also, my goal is to eventually take on a roll of Network technician/ engineer, is a CCNP , then, better to have than Voice. Although I get to work w/ Voice team regularly. My only concern is having a CCNP and can not get the next job working directly w/ switch and router.

my 2 cents.2015 goals - ccna voice / vmware vcp.
