Have you heard of CMII?

I was cruising the ClearanceJobs board and saw a listing that required this certification. The CM stands for Configuration Management and I believe the II is roman numerals.
Just wondering if anyone has heard of these guy because there website is less than impressive and it's not ringing any bells on my end.

I've never heard of them and yes the site seems a little less than professional. I did see some logos on the footer for University of Tenessee, National American University and Institute of Configuration management.
