Does anyone know someone who cheated a ProctorU Exam? The ProctorU still seems flawed to me.

    I'm not really following you. My only experience with ProctorU was my wife using it for straighterline courses. They checked her ID and scanned the entire room and even installed software on her laptop to monitor it. Seemed like a pretty secure way take an online exam.
