I have limited experience of VTC & Infinite Skills. VTC are very like powerpoint presentations but not in depth enough compared to CBT Nuggets or Pluralsight, for me their only plus point is cost. Even if you are using the Adobe suite training I think Lynda.com would be a better place for that type of training too. It's been ages since I've used them though.

Many Infinite Skills titles are included in a Safari Books Online subscription. Again I found these to be not too detailed when I tried the VMware vSphere training but since I have a subscription to Safari Books anyways I'll go through them when I'm doing MCSA 2012.

Others may have a different view?

I'm studying for the CCENT right now. In the process I've used VTC and CBT Nuggets in addition to the Cisco book. I've completed the entire VTC course and it is, as Asif says above, a very quick overview. CBT Nuggets on the other hand is rather engaging and I tend to retain more as Mr. Cioara (the instructor) really enjoys the material and this comes across in his teaching style.
