I bought a book for 70-293 thinking the class that I was taking next semester was for that test, but my testing center called and said that the class covered the 70-291 exam. So I got the book refunded for the 293 and had nothing to study for the 291. I didn't even think of the notes here. So I took the exam for the $60 pricetag with the free re-take and got a 406! Woot! Looks like studying really does pay off. Well, it's a tough test and it had a lot to do with DNS. So really study up on it, also it had 3 sims...I'm scheduled for a retake next Friday so hopefully I'll have the info before I take the test this time. Heh.

I got 3 questions on Demand Dial Routing and I couldn't remember anything about it.
Not to mention all the cmds you need to know like route add, netdiag, mbsacli, nslookup, wmic, ipconfig /registerdns and flush, replmon, dnscmd, netcap, netsh, etc. -

Fouve Member Posts: 15 ■□□□□□□□□□haha, yeah. I was 100% in the Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining IP Addressing both times...Must come from Cisco training. I'm taking the exam tomorrow after going through the Testout software and re-reading the MS Press book. I still don't feel confident enough to pass this time, but I'm going to retry it. Out of all the tests I've taken, this is the first one that I've failed on...including the CCNA test so I must be doing something wrong...I dunno. Anywho, I'll keep ya updated on how it progresses.
