Sybex or cisco press

Hi guyz, im just abt preparing for my cisco certification. I really dont know what material would be good. i used sybex for my A+ and N+, i erally dont know if that would be perfect for the cisco program as well or i should use the cisco press. I just dont want to study to pass the exam, but i really want to have an indept knowledge of the whole cisco concet. Cheers guyz!

Look through some of the posts that reference those books for various opinions. I used the Cisco Press two book kit and it was awesome. I have never looked at the Sybex, but a lot of folks that post here seem to like it.

My thoughts on the Cisco Press books, was that Cisco ALSO writes the tests and I figured if there were any ambiguities, I wanted to go with the Cisco school of thought.

I prefer the Cisco Press books for all Cisco exams except one, and that's Todd Lammle's CCNA guide.
