Issues switching from Server 2012 r2 core to core with the gui

So as the title states I am having issues getting my server core to upgrade to the mid-level with GUI. It says unable to download source, even with the disk inserted and pointing the install to use that disk.
Any ideas?

I could see it being this, but I don't believe I had done any updates to it. I know I have the command correct LeifAlire, just fyi. I am not bad with powershell.--
