Hello everyone!!!
What I really want is an advice..
I have an AA in networking engineering plus MCP / MTA / CCNA certified, still working on my bachelors degree.
I been working in the same company for almost 6 years running different titles but non of them are related to my studies do to the fact that the IT department is not located in Miami and all they have is 1 guy serving as a desktop support tech and thats it.
I just got offered to start working as a NOC operator engineer 1 (entry level) for an ISP but the thing is that Im loosing benefits + 1 dollar pay cut.
Can someone with the field experience advice me if it is worth it to get this offer or not !
I actually accepted the offer already because I feel that im wasting my time doing something that is not related to my studies and something that is not giving me any new skills to learn. Thank you and i hope to hear something back.

I'd say if you can afford the $1 pay cut do it, ride it out for a year, and you will easily make up that $1
