in CCNA & CCENT
I took the 200-120 exam this Thursday and I luckily passed. I used Boson Software and I used Todd Lammle's book. My advise is to try putting the show commands in full as some show commands are invalid when not typed in full.

I must have read Todd's ICND2 book 5 times, but it was worth it since I didn't pass it the last time.

    I second Lammle's CCNA books...wouldn't have my CCNA if it wasn't for his works...he was kind enough to email me back and offer his congratulations once I passed.
