What are some of the better CS, CIS, IT programs at brick and mortal (preferably state schools) in the Midwest? I'm specifically interested in programs in either Indiana or Illinois. I am asking about all three because I'm not sure direction I'm going to go yet.

For brick and mortar, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

As of right now, I know the following colleges/universities offer online undergraduate degree in Computer Science (Regional Accreditation only).
- Florida State University
- Oregon State University (Degree completion program)
- University of Illinois at Springfield (Formerly Sangamon State University)
- Regis University (Denver, Colorado...not to be confused with St. Regis University - a Diploma Mill school operation out of Northern Africa)
- Troy University
- Franklin University
- Thomas Edison State College
- University of Maryland University College
- Old Dominion University
- California State University at Monetrey Bay
- National University
- Rasmussen College
