Confused with Vmware Workstation

Hi, I have a 32 bit Laptop, then I created a Virtual Machine who has 64bit processor, I am trying to install a 64bit Operating system into it. Should there be any problem to do that? Because when I tried, the Vmware software warned of something strange, the error is telling me that it is prohibited to install a 64bit software because my laptop has x86 architecture

if you have a 32 bit Operating system then you can only install 32 bit version of vmware, and the virtual machines must also be 32bit.

if you want 64 bit support, you need a 64bit OS + 64bit hypervisor (vmware workstation)
