Commong Help Desk level 1 tasks at an MSP?

What are some common help desk level 1 calls? I work in a hospital environment so I imagine an MSP will be a lot different... Once I start my position if i get it offered to me I will be looking at old tickets to get an idea of what I will be dealing with as a level 1 but what could I expect besides doing password resets and possible outlook calls?

Yes - Managed Service Provider. You do realize an MSP can work internally for a company and co locate with employees and work as an internal help desk right?
MSP come in many different forms.
