I'm starting to setup a lab for this exam. I am one that needs to read and lab in order to pass exams. What is the recommended book for this exam?
I really like to find this book to download Microsoft recommend that you go through the Training Guide (labs)... I have hte first version of it that I bought. Can't offered to buy this one now ... I should of waited... UGH!!!!
My Goal for the Future 2012 - *MCSA*(WHO KNOWS WHEN) KEEP FAILING!!!! Not enough time to pass the last 2 exams.
2021 - *Security+*
2022 - * Pen Tester*
I typically go over the skills measured for the exam and make sure that I can do and/or explain each of the requirements listed. TechNet is also an excellent resource and there are links to TechNet from the requirements page. https://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/exam-70-410.aspx

The only non Microsoft books are the 70-410 Poulton book and the all-in-one Sybex MCSA book (but that doesn't cover R2).

I also recommend Don Poulton, his study materials for other Windows exams were excellent.
