VMWare Salary expectations

Hi Members,

I just got a confirmation that VMWare is interested in hiring me for a MTS-3 position in Palo Alto, CA. I have 4 years of experience. Would anyone help me out here? I want to know what to expect in terms of compensation and the overall pay package (Base + Sign On + Stock)?

Truth be told, if you misspell the company name (VMware) you won't be getting much

If they are interested in hiring you then surely you will be receiving the package from them before signing or am I missing something ?

No one is going to be able to answer this question for you. Just be patient and go through the motions.

Have a polite conversation with the VMware recruiter - I wanted to understand if my expectations were in line with theirs when I was interviewing for a role with them. I told them my package for the role I was already in at the time, and what I was looking for.

If you ask them for the range, they'll tell you. Pretty simple question.
