Hi Members,

I just got a confirmation that VMWare is interested in hiring me for a MTS-3 position in Palo Alto, CA. I have 4 years of experience. Would anyone help me out here? I want to know what to expect in terms of compensation and the overall pay package (Base + Sign On + Stock)?

No one is going to be able to answer this question for you. Just be patient and go through the motions.

Have a polite conversation with the VMware recruiter - I wanted to understand if my expectations were in line with theirs when I was interviewing for a role with them. I told them my package for the role I was already in at the time, and what I was looking for.

If you ask them for the range, they'll tell you. Pretty simple question.
