Rescheduling Exams

I remember reading some time back that you could reschedule Cisco exams > 24 hours before the scheduled exam time. Does this still apply? Can you change test centers? I was planning on scheduling one of my CCNP Exams and just wanted to make sure that I could reschedule if necessary.
