So, on my degree, I've figured out that I'll be studying two modules titled "Problem Solving Programming" and "Database Management".
I was wondering what books you guys would recommend for both of these, introductory/beginners of course.
Thanks,

In my first database course I took I used this one here. I found this book to be solid, it went through design, queries, triggers, stored procedures, different types of databases, etc. I felt it was very complete and still use it to this day, of course my book is a much older version.
What is great they provide you scripts you can download and mount into SQL express and go through the practice questions as you go through the textbook. It taught me a lot! -
