Props for willing to uproot and relocate. I know too many people that whine about their current jobs (on social media especially) and then don't even put a fraction of that energy into looking for something better, even if it is elsewhere.

Not sure I can offer anything that anyone else hasnt already offered srabiee. I something somewhat close to what you have. I get clustered migraines in my sleep only. They last for days and then come and go depending on stress, etc. I had been to numerous neurologists to no avail. My wife describes them as "mini-seizures" b/c they are so jolting. They really screw me up for the days I have them, and being in the high-profile position I am in (having to think) doesnt make it easy.
It looks like you have been to Cleveland Clinic. I have heard great things about them. All I can say is dont be passive in your health and take what they say as gold. I had to do my own research and my own health plans and offer them to my doctors as suggestions and most of the time I was right and it was something they never thought of. You are just a number and a paycheck to them. You and your wife have a vested interest in you not them.
All I can say is keep reading and keep trying different things to see what works for you and what doesnt. Above all, keep your head up. You have accomplished a lot, and now isnt the time to give up. I still have to take "naps" everyday regardless of whether i have one or not. I hate having to do it, and if i miss one, it brings the migraines on with a vengeance. You do what you can to keep the headaches at bay. Hopefully, you will find what keeps them away (or less often) so you can have some peace and work and have a life.
All of us struggle with something. That's why this forum is so great. Good luck with the health and job search.

I just thank God that they went away and I've been free from them for over a month now.

I just read this thread and hope for the best for you and your family.

Sometimes it takes events like these to fully prepare us to find ourselves spiritually. Things may look bleak at this point, but your experiences will assist in an appreciation for life and health that no other would understand unless they experienced what you have.

Sometimes when life is easy we take it for granted.

Stay strong and if you need help just ask.
