CIW certificate emailing Problem

Good morning everyone
I am trying to send my 1D0-635: CIW JavaScript Specialist exam certificate to my EC but PersonVue is saying no to sending email to my EC.
As per WGU Transfer Credit for IT Certificates guideline :
"For CIW exams students must contact the location at which they took the exam (Pearson Vue or Thompson Prometric) and have the company email the certificates directly to Western Governors University, 4001 South 700 East, Suite 700, Salt Lake City, UT, 84107. CIW offers many different tests for the same certification, and the test number from the exam is required in order to determine whether transfer credit will be awarded. "
I have passed my 1D0-635: CIW JavaScript Specialist exam and i am certified now with CIW.
But when i contacted PersonVue to have them email my exam history that i passed 1D0-635: CIW JavaScript Specialist exam, They are saying NO. We can not email anything to anyone.
So if anyone has any past experience with getting transfer credit for CIW then can you please let me know what you did or how to fix this issue?

I printed out the test results, scanned them and sent them to my mentor. I assume you can do the same thing with your EC.

Yes, on all the external exams I've taken for WGU I've scanned the hard copy I got from the test center and emailed it to my Mentor and WGU.

Sorry, I missed it was to your EC. Does CIW offer a , link you can send your EC like Comptia does?
