Best Ready to get Ready: Cram Book DVD or Testout?
I want to take the 801 this week (but I do have time because the voucher is good until January), and I'm trying to figure out which is the best way to get ready: either the Exam Cram A+ book or the practice tests through testout.com. The questions on the DVD that came with the book seem a lot easier. I have been getting 800's on the DVD but then I got a 71 on testout.com earlier today. I know the cram book questions are easier but I did pass the Network+ with the cram book. Any advice?

Use both.
Hopefully they both tell you why each correct answer is correct and why eac wrong answer is wrong.
Additionally, maybe check out a video series such as the free Professor Messer and get some labbing done on physical equipment.
Good luck.Goals for 2018:

My tests are both next week so I have finished quizzing myself using the CompTIA A+ Authorized Practice Question Exam Cram to see what areas I need to work with. There is something called 31 Days Until Test Day by Cisco but it is for the previous 702 tests.. the closest I could find was CompTIA A+ Rapid Review which is decent. You will also see me virtualizing Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 all at the same time on my Windows 8 laptop as I read
