MCPS Certification?

What exactly is the MCPS certification from Microsoft? I have seen this on my transcript but I am unaware what it is. I attempted the Server virtualization exam however I did not pass. Is this what this exam is referring to by any chance? I am unable to find any sort of material referencing this certification and I cannot order any sort of a certificate at all. Thanks for you help!

Your transcript should give you an exam number what the MCPS is actually ..
