Looks like the Kindle version was released before the DTB (dead tree book) and is a few $$ more as well.

Pretty expensive book. oh well

Kindle version seems to be about $10 cheaper now.

I just returned my Kindle copy to Amazon, got my refund, so now I can re-order at cheaper price.
