How to take ISTQB foundation level testing cert

Hi everyone,
Has anyone done the ISTQB foundation level cert ?
If so how did you apply for the exam. Looking at Pearson vue there seems to be the same exam
offered by ISEB and ISQI are they equivilant of each other ?
Hopefully someone could shed more light on this.
