Anyone play around with PernixData? Saw their demo recently. They fill out an interesting niche. Lots of interesting possibilities with server side read/write cache.

I run it in production and I'm a PernixPro so I have access to it in the lab as well. What would you like to know?

I haven't used their stuff yet, but I have seen a number of their presentations (local VMUG and last year's VMworld). If I can find the time, I'm planning to demo this on some new equipment that I'll be getting in a few months. They have a fully functional trial program from what I understand.
    IT guy since 12/00

Recent: 11/2019 - RHCSA (RHEL 7); 2/2019 - Updated VCP to 6.5 (just a few days before VMware discontinued the re-cert policy...)
    Working on: RHCE/Ansible
Future: Probably continued Red Hat Immersion, Possibly VCAP Design, or maybe a completely different path. Depends on job demands...
