Hello Guys,
I'm almost ready take put in for the MTA 98 - 365 exam
- I've been using a series of video's on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLX65jyL5-4-mUKYOoAZ39jPsCdPzYCdfj
and the official Wiley course book.
There are two pages in lesson 4 (Monitoring and troubleshooting servers) which contain a little run down on what ITIL is, my question is for people who have done this exam, was there any ITIL questions?
Thanks
Jake

I have a general understanding of ITIL, but honestly have never really used it in the real world except in a classroom setting... -

parttimetechie Member Posts: 156Just took the exam 68 out of 70! Can't believe I missed it by two stinking points.
I'll study up and take it again next weekend.
One of the questions I was thrown on was what is responsible for the POST? North Bridge, South Bridge, BIOS or CMOS?
I picked CMOS, but I'm reading now that it is the BIOS?
