    Thanks for the reminder - Also, everyone should be sure to check that thread several times over the next couple of weeks. Sometimes it takes a while for employers to remember to roll their RFH's to the new thread.

    Yeah - And more importantly, most of the time it's technical people / hiring managers doing the posting. So it's a great opportunity to bypass initial HR filters.
